They probably don’t have the legal expertise to tell a pregnant woman “You just sit down on that park bench, lady, or I’ll turn you in for attempted murder. You can ride all the rides you want once your baby’s been born. And stay away from the junk food too: there’s no telling what kind of horrible stuff is in that.”
Not sure what you're saying here. Are you defending the law because the intent is ONLY to kill doctors and staff? I also don't believe pregnant women won't become targets of the unhinged lunatics that believe they're doing "God's work".

They introduced a bill making abortion illegal if it is done for gender selection or because the fetus has Down syndrome. Never mind that (at least as of now) you don’t have to provide a reason when you access abortion care.
This bill sounds so extreme that it probably won’t pass, or at least it won’t overcome Stein’s veto. But it, or something like it, will be back.
It takes 20 to 25 years for the human brain to fully develop, and yet, a Republican Congress critter can grow a nearly functional brain in just one day of losing a primary.
