Republicans who hear this and pretend they are "pro life" won't give a rat's ass. Women should be forced to give birth. Damaged and unviable fetuses should be carried until birth or until the "host" dies from sepsis, and if they're born alive, they should be kept alive to suffer, by any means possible, until their little bodies give out. This sayeth Republican Jesus.

There is a freeway where my mother's parent's house was in LA. Eminent Domain.

I looked at HuffPo briefly and saw the start of AOC's educating of the morons. I don't live in her district, but I swear you assholes on here who bitch about her can fuck off and die. She stands up for human rights for women which the misogynistic pieces of shit on here refuse to recognize as human. So sick of the bullshit on here which does not change. I know you're busy, Dok, but I think it's as least as offensive as calling someone retarded. Maybe I'm wrong, but it seems like you don't do shit unless I email you about it.

Every so often I see a Wonker very gently moaning someone should "tone it down", but 99% of Wonkers are just fucking fine with anti-women attitudes expressed on here. So continue to sit on your asses and bitch about ephemera like Melania who could and did nothing of substance. While the women-haters here may not be very numerous, the enablers are 99.9% of those reading this.

In fact, considering how little pushback gets done here, Rebecca should just get rid of Commenting rules. People will say what they want. Bring back the prison rape jokes, the nudes, and the incest jokes!!!!

I know, but ... it just seems beneath Wonkers to take such a cheap shot. It is hard though when the person is a Trumper.

Fucking conscience clauses.

Right. I still can't believe even TX stooped this low. Or that scotus allowed it. The hatred for women in this country is so deep, but sometimes you suddenly realize just how deep.

I was floored when I found out that segregationists were losing ground and looking for a wedge issue and Paul Weyrich was all, I got your wedge issue right here. It's all about political power.

AOC is the most forward thinking, persuasive, righteously outraged member o' Congress currently in office. (At least from what I've seen, and she's light-years beyond the cretin that "represents" me!) She's always forceful when she speaks, I hope she goes nowhere but up.

You wouldn't want to be the first person that bought a house there!

That's it.

I agree! And it doesn't matter to me that she has no record of legislation or whatever nonsense people say about her. She says things out loud that need saying, that no one else says. So THAT is her role in Congress.

My grandmother was a 'bad girl' in the 1930s, and ran around with a fast crowd. She and two of her friends got pregnant. One girl had a back alley abortion, almost died, and was left sterile. Another went to "visit relatives" for six months, her relatives told her they gave the newborn away but she said that she was sure the child was buried somewhere on the farm. Grandma was made to marry the guy who date-raped her.

Abortion has been legal my entire adult life. It must remain so. I've never been pregnant (even as a teen I was conscientious about birth control), and I'm years past that possibility, but I'm adamant that no one should be forced to give birth. Ever.
