It's laws preventing local authorities from mandating water and cooling off breaks for working out in the summer sun. It's so against common sense you have to wonder why they do it.
Some state legislature shitmuffin in a mountain state pushed one of these bills that would allow kids to work longer hours. Wouldn't you know it, the guy owned a big ski resort that employed a lot of kids.
