See, you have to actively court the idiot vote when you’re running for Head Idiot. That’s just Politics 101.And of course, ranging that far to collect the idiot vote repels everyone who isn’t an idiot. This is what doomed Sharron Angle and Adam Laxalt here in Nevada.
The way time slips away is a funny thing. I lived on Key Biscayne in the 1980s and 90s and I remembered Mayor Suarez as not entirely awful. Poor guy got robbed in his own driveway IIRC. I was halfway through this post before I realized it was not my Mayor Suarez who wants to be Prez, but his son (whom I do not know at all) . Boy, did I feel silly.
I am, however, still very glad I moved away from MD County in 1998 and Florida (Sarasota) in 2008. The state, as you all know, has really become a political and social shithole and I am glad I now live in ABQ NM, a relatively sane place with a very nice climate, both social and meteorological.
During the many years I lived in MD county, the question was never whether a candidate was a crook; they all were. No, the question was, which one had been indicted most recently?Eventually an ordinance was passed which prohibited naming roads, bridges, etc. after a public figure until after he or she was dead.
"I’d definitely buy a pre-owned car from him."Lol, the very first thing I thought when I saw the header pic was, "Sheesh, he looks like a used car salesman."
he just gave the audience his personal cellphone number

Republican primary voters: "I like his corruption, but it seems half-assed. Where's the really bold, outside-the-box corruption?"
Republican candidate with indictments? Say it ain’t so
"Unifier". spit. The whole fucking party is nothing but idiot trolls
