Can I just say, I don't give a wet fart about the origins of covid. That's an academic question that navel-gazers can occupy themselves with once its well and truly in our past. I am FAR more concerned with what steps are being taken to bring it under control, not just around the globe but also in our own bass-ackwards states, along with a myriad of other more pressing issues. Covid origins are a damn red herring to distract and I'm sick of hearing about it.
I wouldn't waste any more time with any of these people. Sens or Reps, I wouldn't blame security one bit if they took these Almighty Bastards into a side-room and beat the ever-lastin', god-fearin' holy-fearin' shit out of them, and make them sign an affidavit that they, as "lawmakers", WILL abide by the laws of The U.S. Government.
Then, send them on a two-week vacation to recover and regain some sense of proper decorum, which is to be paid-for out of their paycheck. AND a fine, for breaking the rules.

It caused me a problem when I needed financial aid later; I filed a successful appeal basef on the fact that I had to take all those math and wnhineering course that weren't necessary for the degrees I was seeking at FSU.
