Reminds me of this video I saw once. These cops, some plain-clothes, are wrestling with some guy on the ground. One cop arrives on scene, quickly assesses the situation and boots the lone black guy in the head. Too bad it was his own colleague.
I can only imagine how much more sanguine and accurate people without risk assessment training will be in clutch situations.
