Yes and no. Teflon coated bullets, despite what the media said in 1982, are not armor piercing. The teflon coating was to protect a steel barrel from steel or hard brass bullets, again, trying to get away from lead which deformed after penetrating car doors and windshields and became less effective stopping the threat behind it. It wasn't the teflon coating but the harder bullet was more likely to penetrate soft body armor.

We're dealing with a monster who praised a violent neo-Nazi riot in Charlottesville, who stacked his administration with neo-Nazis like Steve Bannon, Sebastien Gorka and Steve Miller, who pardoned a criminal who set up concentration camps for Latinos in Arizona, and who is trying to impose fascism in America while pursuing a campaign of ethnic cleansing against Muslims and Latinos.
It does a great disservice to the victims of the Nazis to allow a return of that vile ideology in what is for now the most powerful country in the world.
