What no one is emphasizing is that Fani asked another, more senior, prosecutor but he didn't want to have round the clock protection. You are removing a prosecutor with the GODDAM courage to stand up to Trumpanzee filth. THAT IS THE STORY.

To successfully dance a RICO SUAVE under the Georgia bar... Is not a challenge for Fani Willis, who shocked America by detailing HOW and WHY assumptions must be challenged, especially as regards how women can't afford to go without their own money. Ably assisted by her father, who demonstrated that its more important for many whites to doubt a Black man's credit card, travelers check, or other legal tender.

IIRC from my criminal law class over 30 years ago, you need just one overt act for a criminal conspiracy. I’d bet 161 overt acts amounts to a pattern of criminal conspiracies.

Who is sean davis? And why should anyone care what he says?

If he's yet another mediocre white man with some sort of "hot take" on the issues of the day, I'll just quote Eddie from Christmas Vacation:

"Shitters Full"

Trump and his gang of MAGA nutters will run around in hysterics screaming and flinging poo until these cases go to trial. The key is to prevent rogue wingnut appellate judges or congress from interfering, which are real threats. The GOP are still under Trump’s control, so they must do his bidding. We have sitting congressmen (Gaetz) trying to interfere in a federal grand jury indictment by “firing” the special counsel. Rule of law, right, republicans? And Gaetz even admitted in public that he wants a Biden impeachment trial simply to make potus look bad. He admits the purpose isn’t to convict. They don’t have the votes or the facts. How is that not a violation of congressional ethics? America is precariously clinging to democracy.

Well said! Everything these Republicon's say or accuse Democrats of doing is exactly what same, stupid, trying to project Republicon Party got indicted for (you need REAL evidence in a court of law). When will their base see thru their constant lying and bringing shame and ridicule on their party and themselves and vote the Boberts, Taylor-Greenes, etc....out of office. That is if your state is not gerrymandered to hell.

Is that the odor of dicks burning? If it’s what you say it is, I love it, especially later in the summer.

I already knew before I made it through the list that one of these ambulant garbage heaps worked for Kanye. I see you, Trevian!

And every time someone says “Kutti”, I giggle.

Someone in a comments section elsewhere was saying (in relation to Clarence Thomas) that private jets and expensive parties and such aren't crimes, they're part of a lifestyle.

True, so long as those things weren't given to a person as bribes. Me earning 100 by making memory bears is fine. Me earning 100 for hiding evidence of crimes inside a bear is not fine.

Jenna Ellis ain't worried because Jesus appeared in her dream last night and told her she would be transported back in time to become an actress in Hallmark Channel movies of the 80s, before they had Black cast members.

Then, since she was in an office building, she asked Jesus if he validates.

He looked at her and said: "Jenna...you're fabulous!"

And then she woke up.

If it hasn't been said before, I'll say it now: This 'report' will be a tall tale of 20,000 mules, stealing an election for a few (but not all?) donkeys, as told by an glue-factory-bound horse's ass.

that should be "teeny-tiny-peeny-weenus" to be micro-accurate about it. not often is the best sentence in a piece the one that has strikethroughs, but you, sir, have managed this amazing triple-back-flip. and stuck the landing! congratulations and, as the irish say, more power to your elbow.

C'mon, who else scanned the list and wondered, "what the heck did Harrison Ford do?"

Guilty!

Back when this first happened, they WERE calling the man "Harrison Ford." When Trevian Kutti was with Ruby Freeman at the police station, part of their conversation was caught on police body-cam, and I do remember hearing the name Harrison Ford several times. It was very confusing.

I thought this might be a good time to check in with Trumpy Neighbor, who always has priceless insight.

Her take is that Fani Willis "is just trying to make a name for herself."

Hmm. How would that work? If the charges don't hold up, wouldn't Ms. Willis be making herself into a laughingstock? A gigantic public implosion like that surely wouldn't help her career.

However, I HAVE noticed that Trumpy Neighbor is more and more often saying, "Let's wait and see," rather than hotly jumping to Trump's defense.

that is encouraging- maybe the flood of grand jury findings, of indictments and of feeble and mendacious denials by those indicted, is infiltrating through Trumpy Neighbor's defenses against the obvious truth, thus causing a hesitation to appear a fool. Once doubt gets a foothold, it is only a matter of time before the walls come crashing down.

I hope so. She used to hotly defend Trump and claim that he was being framed. She still does that to an extent, but less forcefully. Then she says, "Let's wait and see what happens." I always tell her, "Let's see what the evidence shows."

maybe you could remind her how the Treason Party tried and FAILED to frame Hillary Clinton for all those years, but FAILED, because there were no crimes they could pin on her, despite the relentless efforts of FOX, the entire MSM and Congressional investigations galore. How is it that they could never get a single indictment? Her God-Emperor has racked up 79, plus an endless list of his henchmen indicted AND CONVICTED. All they managed to do to her was impeach her husband over ONE SINGLE lie, while Donnie can't let a single minute go by without a half dozen mixed falsehoods. Oh. and they sent Susan McDougal to jail on a trumped-up charge because she refused to repeat the lies the Special Persecutor put in her mouth.
