I thought it was hilarious when former MD gov Larry Hogan announced that he was NOT running for president. Nobody thought you were, Larry, so it's all good.

We don't talk enough about Ed Gein. I can't explain that-- it's just a feeling. I saw a picture of his living room once. It was just like cowboy times.

Are you being considered a bad parent by court officials??? That would kill me also because I'd know they were stupid while feeling so terrible. What a shocking thing for you. I always think 'how elegant' when I see yr picture. Even if it's not you.

Can we please acknowledge that Fox started as a Counterbalance to the liberal bias BS? It literally started as the Trump channel 1.0.

I'm sure his plan is to grift more than he burns, though. To burn just enough to credibly claim he's running, while sucking up all the moolah he can get his grimy little mitts on.

Teddy Roosevelt, Grant, Lincoln, and those are just the presidents. My paternal grandparents would be ordinary Americans who were good people and were Republicans. They were agnostic, so would be horrified by how religious today's GQPers are. Religious, without being ethical or good in any way, that is.

In fairness, he said he would not run because it would only help Trump. He hates Trump as much as us Wonkers. As far as Republicans go, he is at least sane and capable of speaking in coherent sentences.

John Heinz (a.k.a. Teresa Heinz Kerry's first husband), Republican US Senator from PA. Did a lot to help the elderly. Died in a plane crash.

After that, PA had Specter, Santorum and Toomey. Three deplorables in a one-deplorable bag.

Sununu is a "moderate" the same way Liz Cheney is a moderate...or John Kasich: they just seem moderate compared to assholes like DeSatan and most of the NH GOP, but they're actually as right as anyone.

Under his half-assed moderate patina, Sununu is as right as right gets, just like his dickhead father. Like Sue Collins, he calls himself pro-choice, but totally is not. He supports most of the far-right agenda while on occasion calls out the lunatics, and this bolsters his "normal Republican" cred. He's pals with "General (Don) Bolduc," who should be in a locked facility for the insane, and yet, something like 40,000 registered Democrats in NH voted for this guy. His secretary of education is a far-right Christian whacko, and he vetoes anything that has even the slightest whiff of anything than might be called progressive.

He's just really good at appearing moderate.

We don't really need to worry about DeathSantis now...

Is his State of the State speech in Florida today he said at the end... "Don't worry about the chattering class, ignore all the background noise Ⅰ, keep the compass set to true north Ⅱ. We will stand strong, we will hold the line Ⅲ, we won't back down, and I can promise you this: You ain't seen nothing yet. Ⅳ

Ⅰ background noise can mess up a recordingⅡ True North is a Canadian record company, well-known for Bruce CockburnⅢ there is a Canada-U.S. BorderⅣ Huge hit by Canadian group Bachman-Turner Overdirve

He clearly thinks he is a ''rock star'' and is running for President of Canada and expects to run against Bruce Cockburn, and assumes BTO him help him...

I mean, I'd PREFER an opposition party that actually has intelligent people and, like, ideas and stuff. But I'll buy all the popcorn to watch DeSantis and PAB eviscerate each other on national teevee.

This is never an "I don't understand it" problem, no matter how many White people continue to claim that it is.

This is an "I am White and tacitly allow violent active racists to dictate the national agenda and I don't want to look at that" problem.

https://twitter.com/sassybi...

We're going to DENIAL ourselves right into a Russian style autocracy and those same White people are not going to know what hit them

But they will have nobody to blame but themselves because every well-read person knows it was Vichy & "good German" enabling that led to the rise of the Nazi regime out of the ashes of the Weimar Republic
