One time as a law clerk a lawyer came to court and argued that a culvert under a driveway was a "building" for purposes of a homeowner policy. HE brought in large boards with dictionary definitions of building. He lost.

I'm not sure how old ours is. She strayed into my kid's yard a few months ago and he kept her for a few months, but one of his older cats was being too rough with her so we took her.
