Well, we'd hope that any SCOTUS decision wouldn't be made by right wing hacks... but yes. No law should be passed that violates the Constitution.... ie that exceeds the powers granted to govt in the Constitution. When Congress overreaches... it's the job under a checks & balances system for the courts to reign them in.

The simple way to get the court to rule in favor of Biden is to file an amicus brief which shows that people prone to vote Democratic will use the relief to buy food and people prone to vote republcion will use it for political donations to right wing politicians.
