Baby rhino is like - ‘Look do you think they have Tabs?’
Also too - recently lost a musician - Mike Henderson - played the slide guitar on this song - I had lost track of him - he turned out to be quite a success - and I missed it - it’s a nice morning song -
I was going to say that the person filming that is super brave until I saw that they were in a vehicle. If the rambunctious little one doesn't break some ribs and an ulna, mother is going to turn you into paste.
Guess who survived another near death experience today? I'm freaked out. I will go into more details later but a man threatened to take the child I was caring for, lifted his shirt as if to show a gun(no gun, but for a moment, I stopped breathing before I knew that, I thought I was going to die, cause you ain't taking my kid), said he was cop(not a cop)asked me if I had pepper spray and if he wanted to grab my kid "what could you do, you're just a woman"(TRY ME).
We did escape obviously. Kid was shook and so was I.
But I can't slow down to think about as I have to go back out.
So I have pepper spray on my shopping list. That sucks. be back later for OT.
Hope that you and the child you were watching are ok. I'm sure you will report the incident with the police (not that they are of much help). Lot's of crazy people out there, just very glad that things didn't escalate any further.
This poor lady :/ : “Turn off your cell phones on October 4th. The EBS is going to ‘test’ the system using 5G. This will activate the Marburg virus in people who have been vaccinated. And sadly turn some of them into zombies.” That is literally the plot of Halloween III.

Well, my alert for the test just went off, and I feel fine. Well, maybe a little hungry. Maybe I could go for some brains. Mmmm, braaaaaains.

Sam Bankman-Fried is going on trial on fraud charges related to the spectacular collapse of his crypto company. The New Yorker has an article about him and his parents, mentioning that his Mom and Dad think he's innocent and are helping fund his defense. That would be unremarkable except that Mom teaches and has written about legal ethics, which seems to me a bit incongruent with turning a blind eye to fraud. His parents have also benefited financially from his ill-gotten crypto gains, which the bankruptcy trustees are now trying to claw back, including a including a $16.4 million villa in The Bahamas.
That "the cell phone is a thing that will kill you!" thing is also the plot of Stephen King's book "Cell". It's a great book with a less-than-satisfying ending. I recommend putting it down with about four pages to go, and making up your own ending.
Speaking of Matt Gaetz (first of all, ew) is he still doing that thing of “here is this Cuban man that is ten years younger and lives with me, I call him my son like that’s totally normal, even though I pretended he didn’t exist before now or maybe was a campaign aide” because no one seems to talk about that any more
Yeah, the whole "the guy that sold the Oculus tech to Facebook is a billionaire Qanon lunatic shitposter" this is another thing that also doesn't get enough press as it should
I do remember that AOC questioning of Cohen. Not only was I impressed that she was asking questions and following up on the answers, but I do remember reading later that those questions were what led to the AG investigation. So I've always given her credit for that.

MOMMMMM!
Mama rhino is slowly and steadily walking toward you, just to let you know she will totally fuck you up if you touch her baby.
Playing, it seems, is one of the very first signs of self awareness across many dpecies.
To enjoy yourself requires knowledge of self.
Fuck that kid with the hippo. I want a rhinoceros for Christmas. Only a rhinoceros will do...
"Mom says a hippo would eat me up, but then
Teacher says a hippo is a vegetarian. "
Don't fuck a kid with a hippo. That would amount to child abuse.
babby spiderman just out of frame
OK sorry
Imagining the baby Triceratops.
OMG, squee!
Boing! Boing! Boing!

That Zelle pool scam article is pretty wild. And Liz Warren makes an appearance.
Beau points out that not only does he not expect to be turned into a zombie, the EBS no longer exists:

oh that's a good one!
You got a badass woman as the survivor, with her cat! It's perfect.
The Zelle fraud article proves that "a fool and his money are soon parted".
Justice Thomas recusing? There goes all the vacations from now on.
Oh, no, He still won't recuse from cases benefitting his sugar daddies--only from the ones where his wife might get indicted eventually.
Will we get a post about OHJB cancelling the Student debt of another 125,000 people?!
Got some real work being done over in the White House!
Dok seems to keep up on that pretty well.
Well thanks, Editrix, for telling us about the Marburg virus this morning, after we’ve already turned into zombies!

I think his parents know he's not innocent. They just don't want to give up that villa.
Had to stop reading when I got to the zombie conspiracy theory because I was laughing too hard to continue.
The Ohio school story is rage inducing! One more reason I'm happily ensconced in my deep blue state.

Also a movie with John Cusack and Samuel L. Jackson. I liked the movie, but it didn't do well. The ending is fucked up.
Yeah, I hated the ending in the book and am guessing the movie ended the same way.
It's a shame because it was a really good book until the end.
King's "Sleepless" was put down in disgust with about 10 pages left. Never did that with a book before or since. That was a suitable ending.
I should have done that with "Billy Summers", a great novel with the wrong ending.
BTW, from now on I will take book advice from someone named "Page Turner"!
At your peril.

I was wondering this yesterday.
I do wonder what the hell that was all about.
It seems that Republicans can take full advantage of the press' ten minute attention span
The elusive Nestor!
What I hadn't realized until today was that Gaetz's putative wife, Ginger, is the sister of whackaloon Oculus founder Palmer Luckey.
Yeah, the whole "the guy that sold the Oculus tech to Facebook is a billionaire Qanon lunatic shitposter" this is another thing that also doesn't get enough press as it should
I bet he spends his time hanging with Peter Theil planning who they send to the ovens first.
Peter Theil is peak Himmler energy.
