I'd rather see Joe Manchin have little to no power.

Carpetbaggers were Yankees that came down South to grift, Scalawags were home-grown, Southern grifters.

That's a lot of hair product for someone railing against metrosexuals.

I may have skimmed this too quick but wouldn't Trump potentially face legal jeopardy if he travelled to Georgia right now? Seems that would color my decision on where to set my foot

So you'd rather take the "let it burn" stance, see a whole lot of people in Georgia suffer for 6+ years (tough to vote out an incumbent), and again put the Senate in the hands of Manchin and Sinema? That's... neat.

But in league with northerners. But fair enough.

I was just saying that Walker, Texas Ranger there is openly not a GA resident, and the term has been used for that before. Scalawag has evolved into a much more benign, or even endearing, term. Ain’t nobody love a carpetbagger.

I believe we are in agreement that he was an outsider who appeared in GA in order to fuck with it and grift.
