I moved back to DC two weeks ago and ride metro and/or bus every day. It's actually shocking how many fare jumpers there are. I mean, the effort to save $2 is crazy.
In this day and age if this was a thing wouldn’t there be you tube videos of this wonton farejumping? Should be much easier to videograph than Amazon paying $0 in taxes.
