Today as I was coming home, just getting off the train with a crowd of people and a woman rushes past trying to catch that train, but she is dangerously running along of the edge of the platform. At one point she had one foot on the platform and one in the air over the tracks like a tightrope walker losing their balance. It was a hold your breath moment. No one close enough to help her. Several people stopped and watched as she regained her balance and made it to the train. It's about a five foot fall to the tracks. Most people who take that tumble end up with head injuries and broken bones. That's if they don't hit the third rail or a train isn't pulling into the station. There will be another train in 7 minutes, be patient, it's not worth that kind of risk!

Besides I had a cold shower and cold beer waiting at home and I did not want to have to rescue her dumbass off the tracks.
