I don't know if you live in Pennsylvania, I'm basing it on the work he did for the Commonwealth as Lt. Gov. in liberalizing the notoriously stingy Board of Pardons in order to get them to actually grant pardons when merited and by his firm support for the LGBTQ community and for legalizing cannabis, which he couldn't do much more than provide vocal support for within the bounds of his office, but he certainly did. He wasn't my first primary choice, but I was more than happy to support him in the general. YMMV.
