Being a vegan doesn't necessarily mean one is health-conscious. I live on french fries, Sour Patch Kids, and the sweet sustenance of righteousness indignation.

As the share of vaccinated people rises, more cases will be found in that population. This is especially true when there is robust surveillance testing.

I'm a good example: currently isolating after a positive PCR test. Double-vaxxed and boosted. Repeated rapid antigen tests are negative. I may have or had the virus, but at low levels that don't trigger symptoms or transmission (given that all close contacts are negative after 2 PCRs).

People in my situation are a rising share of cases, as vaccination rates rise. Vaccine prevents serious (or any) illness but not low viral loads.

All true, I moved to CA to be closer to my kids, but now also too, I can drive up to winter in the Sierras if I want to, or not drive up.

That is a person who is "trumpeting" for attention. Someone wants to be famous.

She's not going to get famous for her dysfunctional brain, so she's trying to get attention another way, by being outrageous. Which seems to work in the republican party.

Even on WaPo, smug commenters have said the pandemic is over for the vaccinated, and were all like: "No, you can still catch and spread it." They reply whining "why did we get vaxxed then?". Somehow, they saw it as a ticket to resume all normal activities.

Love how Blondey Blond McBlond-Face is making sure that her legs are crossed for the camera and that clapped-out old white fart has them spread as wide as he can for it.

I like how we had to eat up because 'children were starving in India' and we'd just stone cold cut those bitches now to get some authentic tikka marsala and a plate full of chana dahl with naan and raita.

I'm so sorry to hear about your mum and well.. your brother was a moron but I'm not happy he died. My cousin is anti Vaxx and she works as a beautician which I cannot see going well. Her brother's girlfriend is pregnant and it's really awkward because he's close to his sister but he doesn't want her around his girlfriend or the newborn which I totally understand. I'm triple vaxxed and I had bad reactions but I have health issues - same when I had the flu jab. Not going to risk myself or others though.

Thank you for your kind words. It was my friend's mom and brother who died of Covid. I knew all of them pretty well, the brother was mentally ill, and began having horribly graphic and violent ideation directed at my friend towards the end of his life, so my friend couldn't visit her mom's house out of fear of her brother. Which probably saved my friend's life.
