6-3 at least. They can't overturn <a href="http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Wickard_v._Filburn" target="_blank">Wickard v. Filburn</a> without blowing up seventy years of prior jusrisprudence. Even Scalia will grudgingly go along.

I know this was produced PBS, a bastion of liberals according to the API whore Jim Inhofe, but I believe this is a pretty cool illustration of how the Affordable Health Care Act impacts Americans.
